CHANGE, CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

Greetings from Abe’s Limousine Service! We’re thrilled that you’ve chosen us for your transportation needs. To ensure your experience is nothing short of extraordinary, please acquaint yourself with our policies regarding changes, cancellations, and no-shows:

  1. Change or Late Cancellation Fee:
    • For transfers within the United States, a fee of $125.00 USD is applicable to sedans, SUVs, limousines, and vans for changes or cancellations made within the specified minimum time before the scheduled pick-up.
    • Should the total charges for the reservation be less than $125.00 USD, the lesser amount applies.
  2. Hourly Reservations:
    • Hourly reservations for sedans, SUVs, limousines, and vans incur a change or late cancellation fee equal to the base rate multiplied by the hourly minimum.
  3. No-Show Fee:
    • A no-show fee will be charged if a passenger fails to cancel or meet the chauffeur at the designated pick-up location. This fee includes the hourly minimum or base transfer rate, along with applicable airport fees, fuel surcharges, tolls, and parking charges.
  4. Cancellation Process:
    • To avoid incurring fees, reservations must be altered or canceled according to the cancellation policy outlined in your email confirmation.
    • You can cancel your reservation by calling 888-547-7773 or 561-547-7773, or by visiting www.abeslimousineservice.com.
  5. Contact Information:
    • If you encounter difficulty locating your chauffeur, please reach out to the Service Provider using the provided telephone number in your email confirmation.
    • Failure to inform Abe’s Limousine of a change in the pick-up location will result in a no-show fee.
  6. Service Area:
    • This policy applies to all reservations within the local city metropolitan area, defined as within 75 miles of the city center. Services outside this area may incur actual drive time charges.
  7. Special Event Policies:
    • Please note that Special Event Change and Cancellation Policies take precedence over standard policies and will be detailed in your email confirmation.

GARAGE-TO-GARAGE CALCULATIONS

Garage-to-garage charges are determined by the hourly rate from the chauffeur’s departure from the garage to begin service until their return. Although the initial estimate incorporates a minimum billable hour, the actual duration of service may surpass this.

WAIT TIME – AIRPORT TRANSFER

Customers are not charged for wait time with commercial flights unless they choose to deviate from proceeding to the stated customer/chauffeur meeting location. In such cases, customers are allowed twenty (20) minutes of wait time after the scheduled pickup time. If the wait time exceeds twenty (20) minutes, charges will be incurred, calculated as the transfer base rate plus the hourly rate prorated in fifteen (15) minute intervals.

WAIT TIME – POINT-TO-POINT TRANSFER

Customers are graciously afforded twenty (20) minutes of complimentary wait time following the scheduled pickup time. Should their wait extend beyond this generous allowance, charges will be applied, calculated as the transfer base rate plus the hourly charge, prorated in fifteen (15) minute intervals.

EXTRA STOPS

For transfer reservations, clients have the flexibility to make one stop along the route, provided it does not surpass fifteen (15) minutes. Should the stop exceed this duration, the customer will incur charges comprising the transfer base rate plus the vehicle’s hourly rate, calculated in fifteen (15) minute increments, up to a maximum of forty-five (45) minutes (rounded up) for the chauffeur’s waiting time. In the event of multiple stops or a single stop lasting longer than thirty (30) minutes, the trip will transition to an hourly rate.

SURFACE TRANSPORTATION CHARGE (STC)

An STC, or Surcharge based on a variety of overhead expenses, encompasses certain costs that may not directly pertain to the individual trip. This surcharge is consistently calculated as a flat percentage of the base rate.

INCIDENTALS

May encompass, among other possibilities, chauffeur accommodations, meals, greeter fees, parking, port fees, special requests, and tolls.

FUEL SURCHARGE
In the realm of sedan, limousine, and SUV services within the United States, the Fuel Surcharge is meticulously calculated in alignment with the Energy Information Agency’s (EIA’s) published fuel pricing forecasts. It’s worth noting that the quoted amount might diverge from the billed amount due to the prevailing forecast at the time-of-service provision. Furthermore, fuel surcharges for specialty vehicles such as vans, minibuses, are susceptible to fluctuations.

ESTIMATED INCLUSIVE QUOTE

Quoted prices provided before service are merely an initial estimate of the anticipated cost for the reserved services. Please keep in mind that factors such as wait time and any additional services requested may influence the final price.

AIRPORT TRANSFER

We apply charges for transportation services between a commercial airport or FBO location and a designated destination.

HOURLY CHARGE

We apply charges for “As-Directed” service, which occurs when there is a designated itinerary or when the chauffeur takes instructions directly from the customer. This personalized service often includes multiple stops and customized routes tailored to the client’s preferences.

POINT-TO-POINT TRANSFER

We apply charges for predefined transfers along the most traveled routes separate from Airport Transfers as previously described.

BASE RATE

The rate for core transportation services is set before incorporating Gratuity, STC, Fuel Surcharge, Airport Fee, International Arrival Fee, and Incidental Charges.

CHILD SAFETY SEATS

For safety reasons, Abes Limousine ensures that age and weight-appropriate equipment are provided and, as such, does not supply child safety or booster seats. However, customers are warmly invited to bring and install their own child safety or booster seats for added peace of mind during their journey.

SAFETY BELTS

Abes Limousine kindly requests passengers to adhere to all local laws and regulations concerning safety belts and other safety equipment during their journey.

INSURANCE

Liability insurance is offered for all Abes Limousine services. This insurance is secured in the market where the service is provided and ensures coverage that meets or exceeds the statutory minimum requirements of that region.

CHAUFFEUR CONDUCT

At Abes Limousine, we uphold a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of drugs and alcohol. It is our unwavering commitment to maintain a workplace and services free from the influence of drugs and alcohol, prioritizing the health and safety of both our employees and customers. PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS

Pets must be transported solely in a kennel or soft-sided pet container to ensure their safety and comfort. If the animal causes damage to the vehicle, a damage and/or cleaning fee may be applicable. However, passengers with disabilities traveling with a service animal are exempt from this requirement, as the service animal does not need to be transported in a kennel or soft-sided pet container.

ACCESSIBILITY

At Abes Limousine, we place a high value on inclusivity and accessibility. Any individual who is hearing impaired, totally, or partially blind, or physically disabled and is traveling in an Abes Limousine vehicle is encouraged to bring a service animal along, and there will be no additional charge for the service animal.
